Rural Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Pvt Ltd (RSDE) is a pioneering private limited organization headquartered in  Balangir district, Odisha, established in 2022 & registered under section 8 of the Company Act, 20213 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 under Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Govt. of India and CIN of the organization is U74999OR2022PTC039886.
RSDE specializes in providing skill-based education & Entrepreneurship development programme to the youth and Self-Help Group (SHG) members in rural areas. RSDE Lead by Mr. Taranisen Meher, a seasoned professional in rural development with an aim to empowering rural communities through comprehensive skill development and entrepreneurship opportunities.

Conducting 666 one-day capacity building training sessions, impacting 16,650 students for enhanced skill development and empowerment.
Skill Development Training Programme
Embark on a transformative journey with our Skill Development Training Program, spanning 17 batches, and empowering 425 students to unleash their full potential.
Human Resource Development Program
13 batches of our Human Resource Development program have empowered 325 students to excel in their professional journeys, enhancing skills and fostering growth.
